I'm not sure what has happened to Chipotle. Back in high school this place used to be 5-stars all the way. The last few times I've gone, it has been a huge let down. I don't know if I build it up in my head, or if their quality has decreased. They have also got really stingy on the amount of food you get. Very disappointing.

Great new location for this fast food restaurant chain. It is placed in an awkward position in a strip plaza off of US 19. However when you walk in through the doors it is the quintessential chipotle clean and with a slight edge tailored to the younger crowd. I usually go when it's later at night after 9 PM so there usually is not a wait or if there is one it's very small. It seems to be the same staff every night I go and they are always friendly and helpful. They also keep very good tabs on the cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant. My favorite item to get is a chicken salad bowl. I always try to keep it as healthy as possible so I only go for extra lettuce, mild salsa, peppers, and mild salsa. There honey chipotle vinaigrette dressing is the bomb! I'm so addicted to the stuff I always get an extra salad dressing to go to use on my own homemade salad. Always fast, fresh, friendly and open late which I love!

We decided to explore the area when we started getting hungry. I yelped the closest chipotle and we followed the directions to this chipotle at PH. This chipotle (and its bathroom) was clean and it has a great outdoor seating area. We ordered 2 sofritas salads (To my surprise, even my carnivore fiancee tried and loved the sofritas so much that he ordered it). Overall, It was a good portion (not stingy) and sans the subpar service from the Chipotle at Countryside mall, so i would definitely return.

New, this Chipotle location has a clean, industrial and edgy vibe to it. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the food appeared to be fresh I got myself a bowl, made with the barbocoa beef, rice and beans, I added guacamole and sour cream, got chips and a drink and paid a total of $13.13 (the guacamole was $1.95 add on) It tasted good, I won't lie, I enjoyed it, but hated that the music was blaring at above conversation level. Wit their open air atmosphere, no carpeting, nothing at all to absorb sound, it was very uncomfortable to the ear. And the food left my stomach sour all evening, perhaps it was an ingredient in the meat or something was off, but I was unsettled until the next morning.

It's not the worst chipotle in the world, but it's not the best. There salsa is runny and chips are always stale. I really hope they'll improve cause I love chipotle and this location is very convenient.

Love the chicken soft tacos! Perfect amount of spiciness. Get one, two, or three depending on your appetite. I got the full order of three whereas my wife got just two tacos. I really like this option since it puts you in control of the portion size. Plenty of employees working so I had no issues asking for something or finding a clean place to sit. I will definitely be going back.

Next time we will just travel the extra distance to countryside. This is the stingiest chipotle I've been in, we were incredibly rushed, so much so we had a coupon and the cashier rang us through before we even had the opportunity to pull it out. My food wasn't even done being put together by the time they tried to rush through. The staff was rude, and set down a soda like it would magically fix everything. I've worked food service for 10 years, so I think not. It was handled, but we could have just been on our way with less hassle had we not been thrown through the line in the first place, Tacos thrown in our bag upside down and leaked into the bag. Thanks but no thanks Palm Harbor location.

I love chipotle, it taste absolutely amazing. The burritos my dad and I got today were packed. Not wrapped up the best, but it did not bother me a bit. Clean place with fast service. I will be back again.

Don't understand the good reviews on this one. Rice was under cooked and hard, chicken was room temperature, salsa was ice cold ( yes I know it's supposed to be that way) which just made the entire bowl colder than it already was. The girl with the nose ring seemed to be discussed by her job, made no attempt to engage customers and had zero response to me saying thank you, which I shouldn't have done but I was being polite. . Yeah not coming back anytime soon till you serve food hot that doesn't suck. What a concept right?

Always fast and fresh! I'm happy to have a Chipotle nearby. They really train their staff well to be friendly and efficient. The food is great. A burrito bowl can usually feed me twice! The Barbacoa is so good I'm gonna have to find a Pinterest copycat recipe and make it at home! I also value their commitment to using hormone free meat whenever possible.

I used to be a fan of Chipolte, not so much anymore. The one near the mall seems to taste better then the one in PH, not sure why. The chicken seems dryer and less flavor. The servings are smaller and just overall not as tasty.

I stopped eating out anywhere long ago. Joined yelp just to say how over the moon I am to have a Chipotle in this area. As an organic eater the whole No GMO, humane meat practice that is used by the company gives me, VERY HAPPY CUST, a place to get great food at IMO ridiculously reasonable prices. Great service as well, good job Chipotle!!

I love Chipotle. I hate this store. I feel like I am at a middle school lunch line with food being thrown in and no time to think about what I want. I don't need my $8 burrito made in 30 seconds or less I would rather have it made the way I want it and not feel rushed through the line. The last time I was here I was told by a team member that maybe I should email my 4 burrito order in so that it wasn't so rushed. Really?

Wow! I've never seen such a 'stingy' chipolte. They gave the smallest portions of rice, beans, meat.... Horrible. Make the food the way you expect your food too be prepared. Geez!

My daughters and I love the Chipotle chain, but we especially love this particular location. The consistently good, super fresh food is a plus, but the amazingly friendly crew and clean dining room make it phenomenal! We always get the same things - a chicken burrito, a chicken burrito bowl, and a kids' taco kit - and we always go home happy and full.

We have eaten at several chipotle locations, including watertown, NYA, dale Mabry in Tampa, but this is certainly the cream of the crop!!!!!! Very fresh, delicious food, even tho guacamole is extra at chipotle, here there is at least a noticeable amount offered. Very friendly staff, helpful and very clean facility. We're delighted they are in Palm Harbor.
